​​​​Booking Secretary needed

The Clun Memorial Hall needs a new Booking Secretary/ Trustee. Training will be given and the handover will only be done when the new person is knows the job well enough.

Principal duties:

Taking and confirming bookings

Maintaining the on-line booking calendar

Keyholder as part of the team to meet and greet hirers

Attend monthly Committee Meetings

This is a voluntary position and a great way to help out in the local community.

13th Dec - Model Railway Show

17th Jan - Ceilidh with "This Way Up"
